Shane was excellent. Came to the job quickly and completed it very promptly with a thorough explanation of everything once done. Pleased with the lock changes. Very knowledgeable and helped us locate a new key for some windows we have never been able to previously open. Highly recommended

Used HalesLocks when my tenants were locked out after the key broke in the lock. Service was superb - friendly and responsive (property was accessed in about half an hour), and additional work to replace the worn lock carried out in the same visit. Service was good value, invoicing very prompt and easy to settle. Would recommend these guys without hesitation.

We asked for a review of our locks which Shane did for no charge and reported that they were all fine. We decided to change one anyway which Shane did very quickly and efficiently including the provision of extra keys. He also explained the nature of the lock in detail and told us how to register it. Very pleased.
