I absolutely love this store!!!! Their products are all works of art, it’s amazing what they can do by hand! I ordered a king sized headboard, white wash finish and it’s gorgeous!! I love it!! They make it upon order and keep you informed through the process, they packaged it extremely well and it arrived safe and intact. Customer service is super friendly, kind and attentive! The woodcarving is incredible and beautiful. I feel at peace now in my room. It was not difficult to install, just be patient and precise with your measurements. The company is very professional, the headboard was shipped expertly and quickly to my home. When I had a question it was answered by the company in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Siam Sawadee and will certainly shop with them again.
We love our headboard from Siam Sawadee. The online ordering process was easy, and the communication with the staff was always quick. I am especially impressed that they showed us pictures of our specific headboard before they shipped, in order to ensure the style and color were correct. In our case, that was very useful, as the first headboard produced was not quite what we wanted. They were gracious enough to produce a second headboard with the exact style we wanted, and it was shipped promptly. The headboard was well constructed, with no cracks and even color, and it was relatively easy to mount on the wall. We've received several compliments on it, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for hand-crafted headboard.
I purchased two bedside carved night tables and one queen headboard in March 2020. It's great! I am very satisfied with the quality of the products, arrived really very carefully packed. Siam Aawadee communication was excellent too - quick respond, they even sent me a pictures of my headboard for approval prior sending. I really like woodcarvings and now I have a piece of Thailand right at my home. I can highly recommend this store.
best souvenir shop in Chiang Mai. They've got great products for interior home decor. Really nice place to buy gifts as well for your friends. Love their customer service. Always ready to answer all queries.
