I found the perfect dress for an early Christmas present for my daughter on there site and team where great at making sure I got the right size to surprise her and also recommended some shoes to go with the dress which she loves. Wish i read these comments before taking my wife to buy something nice to wear for our london visit to the west end theatres, after the shambolic receipt of said dress, my wife just burst into tears and that was before having paypal issues. Luckily the Paypal Concierge service has been extremely good at retrieving the money back after 3 working days. Every penny. Every excuse was pulled to delay the simple refund Which again, Paypal were more than confused as to why this was the case and hinted as to their growing concerns into this. Took great pleasure in binning the horrid thing. You wont have my details you will have the wifes I placed the money to her bank account which is in hher maiden name besides the matter was dealt with so i see no need to help out with anything you may need or require.
Returns policy not worth anything. Bought some shoes for holiday but when packing decided they were too tight and I would change them after 2 week holiday. After checking with manager (in their ivory tower upstairs) the shop assistant informed me that I was over my 7 days exchange policy so they weren’t willing to do anything. I didn’t even want a refund just to change them for a larger shoe, either same style or if unavailable a similar one. The manager didn’t even have the courtesy to come and tell me herself but relayed the message via the assistant. Shops like this with their inflexible policies need boycotting. I can understand if the seasons had changed or items were in sale but they were still full price on display. I have spent quite a bit over the years in the shop but I will never visit again.
