Visited the one of their gyms for a free taster session before lockdown round 2. The gym was great and the staff really friendly but the company are very aggressive with their sales methods. They called me on a Saturday afternoon and despite me explaining that I wasn't looking to become a member until after lockdown (why would I sign up to a gym that I can't go to!) the guy kept pushing me to sign up. Eventually I got him off the phone and they've tried calling me multiple times since. My girlfriend was also going to join and came to the taster session with me. They have been calling her constantly for weeks, even on Sundays! Now they've started texting us both with offers. Very aggressive sales tactics which has actually put us off hence we will not be becoming members after lockdown. It's a shame because the gym at Hillsborough was really good but I'm not giving my money to a company that has basically harassed my girlfriend and I for the past month!
