We have a NEFF microwave oven that was showing a cryptic error code. Warren got on the case and advised us that the Magnetron was faulty. New Magnetron fitted and we are up and running again. For us it was important to get this unit repaired as it was part of an fitted kitchen with matching appliances. Other repair outfits had advised us that it was not worth repairing, how wrong were they!

Came to look at a wine cooler, suggested it wasn’t worth repairing as cost not too different from buying new. Agreed to send me an email confirming the issue so I could pursue with manufacturer as not long out of guarantee. Hasn’t done as agreed despite me politely chasing. Basically took a large fee for a 5 minute visit (spent mainly on the phone to someone else) and I still have a broken cooler and no means of addressing it. Feel ripped off.
Spent 5 minutes looking at cooker, promised to have parts in a week for three repairs. 80 fee. I shouldn't have paid. This happened at the start of November. After much chasing, and a bizarre offer involving getting parts from his mate who works for CDA for only an extra 90 up front, which we rejected, he agreed in December to come at the start of Jan and fix the cooking element and oven seal since he could get those parts. Here we are a month later and still nothing. Either a con man or incompetent or overloaded or a mixture of all three. It's just one bloke, Company address is a po box and so is an easy to abandon franchise.
Called to fix kenwood fridge freezer. Took fee then guessed what the issue may be. 2 star as they at least tried a part but several times did not turn up on the day they said they would. Eventually advised we would need new gas and to call some one else as they don't do that. Meant another call out fee but the other company fixed it immediately and no, it was not a gas issue.
Would not recommend this company. Asked them to come and repair my Fisher & Paykal Fridge. They visited and spent no more than 2 minutes looking at it and advised me it needed a new part which they would need to order. I was told it was policy to charge me for the visit but when the part came I wouldn't get charged again. 4 weeks on and I can't get in touch with them. They are ignoring all attempts to contact them and needless to say they have not returned to repair my fridge with said part. Very disappointed.
