Before coming to Europe I had my laptop worked on and had a new hard drive installed. 2 weeks into my trip the hard drive failed. Apparently it was not installed correctly in the US. Since i would be here in Spain for another month I reached out to ADV Informatica. There was a language barrier but the associate, Jose Luis, was very patient with me and my translation app. We discussed options and within an hour my PC was back up and running and not any data lost. These guy's really saved me and I cannot praise them any higher. Thank you, thank you, thank you....
