Nice homebase but the staff aren't particularly friendly when you ask for help in the Isles. Checkout staff is lovely and smiley though. Easy returns and no queues for now
Very helpful staff, we bought our Christmas Tree! They helped us choose the right one and they covered it in netting so it was very easy to transport.
Helpful young lad .. everyone keeping safe distance.. plenty of parking . Its great to see these shops open as as long as people keep safe then diy shops give people a goal to keeping sane doing decorating in these hard times
An ok store. Don't seem to look after plants much when slightly busy long waits at tills. Half the staff don't seem to happy bless em. Tool selection ok
Good selection of Christmas decorations and DIY supplies but staff outside not wearing uniform so it was difficult to get assistance with Christmas trees on this occasion. Also I asked a staff member inside to help me find a Christmas decoration and he seemed happy to help but he disappeared for five minutes, came back, said nothing and then disappeared again and didn't return so I left without the item. Bit disappointed this time
