Outstanding service from start to finish. Natalie and Fabia and their team run a tight ship. The advice was good, the fitting excellent and their prices competitive. They went out of their way to fit our carpets the week before Christmas (as I had left everything really late!) Delighted to have chosen them as a supplier and I highly recommend them.

They were due to fit a bedroom carpet on Thursday 21st September at 1pm. At 9.50 on the day of fitting, I received a text to say that they had overrun on a previous job, and could we reschedule to the following day. As this was not convenient at such short notice, we agreed to reschedule to Saturday 23rd at 11 am. Once again on the morning of the fitting, at 9.15, I received another text to say that they had to be elsewhere, and could we reschedule again to the following week. Having been let down twice, both times at short notice, I replied that I was cancelling the order. I received no reply.
