Try the claypot rice, and the chilli is great. Order that first if you are getting something else cos it takes time for them to cook. Ban Mian and the western food is good too. Enjoy.

Wanton Mee, the signboard read “Katong”, a franchise I supposed. The Wanton Mee is exceptionally good, great noodle quality and texture, taste traditional goodness. A must for Wanton Noodle fan. Most of the time the cook did it right. Price 3.50 Highly recommended for the Katong Wontan Noodles above. Coffee bought separately is 1.20, not bad actually. Overall nice morning ambience especially when seated along the edge and planters.

Nice claypot chicken rice with chinese sausage & salted fish.. tried the sesame chicken as well.. yums! Need to wait about 20mins for claypot rice. Worth a try when u are around the area!

Very rude aunty from the drink stall! No manners. And very unhygienic. Wet her finger with her saliva to take the plastic bag for takeaway cup. Poor upbringing! Disgusting.
This coffee shop has very nice and cheap local food to offer. It is frequented by students from the schools nearby. There is often space available there. The fishball noodles are worth a try in my opinion, as well as the mixed vegetables rice stall.
