The food here is ok for me. And service may not so fast. But it's nice as quite spacious and there is quite clean. It's nice to have a short snack time before getting on flight.

There's nothing to shout and scream on the service. As in pretty much other decent eateries, food on the hand was a winner in its own way. I of course won't say the best peranakan food, but such a meal prior to flying off does make an impact.

Food taste great, but customer service women cashier ellysa at the front were very not welcoming customer, strict face , not polite at all!! should improve service how to treat customer at so called a 5 star restaurant

Awful service. Immediately after I placed the order while I was at the counter, I asked if I could change it to add on a set. Fella said no. How hard is it to add on Rendang and a drink? Terrible and lazy service. I've worked in F&B and it's really rather quite easy to change the order if the food hasn't been prepared - just edit it at the POS machine but I guess this guy isn't being paid enough at his job to do something so quick and simple. Their Nasi Lemak was also really quite disappointing as the chicken was very dry. However the sambal and rice were good. They're also not giving straws here which is a good initiative but come on guys. You are located in an airport where your customers are mostly travelers. We have a lot of things to pack and bringing our own reusable straw is not a priority. They only gave it to me after I insisted harshly.
