Hi, Just wanted to take a moment to tell you my experience of Selby Glass... I’ve been really happy with every aspect of their work and I’m a picky customer, so not always easy to please! I was dreading the selection of salesman that would land on my door step once we decided to get new windows and doors... hours of negotiations, inflated egos ( there’s not mine!) and ridiculously high prices. However none of that with Selby glass, the communications with Alex were always professional and thorough. No pressure tactics either. And although I wouldn’t have been shy to ask for a discount, I didn’t need to as their price was fair and competitive. The installation went smooth and I can honestly say the fitters were a pleasure to have around. They were both considerate and helpful, which considering it was a cold December week was much appreciated! We had a small snag on one of the doors which was sorted out promptly and without fuss. Full payment wasn’t requested until I was happy with every aspect of the installation. So in conclusion I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We had an appointment booked with Arthur to place an order for windows and he did not turn up. I rang and apparently he could not find us and he had left our number in the office. You would have thought that when he next went to the office he would have called us to apologise but this did not happen. What a waste of time.
