No one ever knows anything. It's always the run-a-round type deal. No one is on the same page. If you call one rep, you'll get a completely different answer from a different rep. It's hard for veteran's with disabilities to deal with this stuff.

Every single time I call my regional office, I get the absolute rudest people. Ladies in particular or whomever answers the phone call. It’s ridiculous, I’m respectful and polite. I’m a woman combat veteran simply calling to ask certain things. This is my regional organization that I’ve sadly been assigned to. I can’t believe as an organization set up to help veterans can be so rude, downright mean and unhelpful. Unfortunately I can’t just go somewhere else or I would. I’m left in awe with several questions I have no other option to get answered. I’m disgusted in the service I’ve constantly received or lack there of. What a horrible organization that I will never be recommending to anyone.

Rude and will hang up on you even though you are polite and asking for assistance. No one knows anything and will put you on hold until you decide it's time to hang up. Website says one status but the VA office says something totally different.

These employees work very hard for our Veterans and, many of them are veterans as well. Don’t judge all by poor performance of the few.
