The Seattle Olympic Sculpture Park is an amazing stretch of shoreline, views, art and culture. Free and open to the public, it offers running and biking, picnic and urban hiking. Downtown workers rub elbows with tourists and city dwellers rain and shine. At any time, one can see the Olympic mountains across the Sound, large public art, the Space Needle, enormous cargo ships, public watercraft, and more. It is one of the best resources the city has to offer, especially on a sunny day! I highly recommend a visit.

Rain didn't stop us. It was a great park and great view to the coast. Park was cleaned and well maintained. Suggestion: grab some coffee and bakery items from Pike Market and enjoy your early morning in Olympic Park!

This park/trail that follows the shoreline is breathtaking. Views of the skyline on one side with stretches of pebble covered beaches with giant driftwood on the other. Sculpture and amazing architecture everywhere. You even get a clean picture of the city with the Space Needle in the background at one spot. If you miss this while in town, you are missing Seattle.

Beautiful open space in the city, with views of Rainier on clear days, and always a nice view of the Sound. Lots of dogs with their humans, especially on nice weekends. Convenient way to get to the waterfront on foot when there's a long or slow train passing by!

Very nice waterfront park with walking/bike path. Wear warm clothing, it could get cold and windy.
