Received my hand made trident in the post today and all I can say is wow, the craftsmanship is second to none. This is not my first purchase from the forge I now have 1 full size trident and 1 smaller one. My intention is go head back when I can and see if we can come to some arrangement on another item in the shop that I have my eye on. Once again thank you very much

We visited the Forge just before the lock down began so sadly did not buy on this occasion as unsure about our financial predicament but we will be back as soon as possible as the work is outstanding and so unique. Can highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a stunning piece of work that would stand out in any home
Sadly not as expected after being recommended. Came to Branscombe Forge for custom made hinges, a simple escutcheon/lock plate and handles for a new oak chest. Nice people, initially very rapid response, but the parts arrived with too many defects so we returned them after the forge agreed to tweak them. Tweaked, they arrived back with some improvements but new defects. Branscombe Forge gets 2 stars as they did give us a refund. Sadly though nothing can refund the time and energy wasted in this sort of situation, so we can only hope they've learned from the experience.
