From a landlord's perspective, this company is atrocious. DDM were supposedly inspecting our property regularly and always gave us positive reports about its condition. But when tenants left after a 5 year let we found they had left over 6000 of damage to the property , with damage clearly going back to the start of the let. Had DDM properly managed our property we would have evicted the tenants early in the lease and avoided the heartbreak of seeing a nice property reduced to little more than a slum.
