Had my new roof fitted in July 2020. I was told it would take a day to do and we had scaffolding up for 3 weeks. At the end of October the 2 sides of the roof came loose. Contacted the company many times. I was promised at least 8 times that they'd be out to fix it and didn't show each time. Now all my calls are being ignored. After putting all my possessions into the loft at the end of October once we insulated and floored the roof space all my items are now mouldy (after being in the loft less than 6 weeks!!!) as no ventilation was fitted when the new roof was installed. Stewart continues to ignore my calls and I've had no option but to rectify the problems using another company! The new company have found many other faults and some of them can't be fixed without stripping the roof and starting again completely!Shame on Roof Shield Ltd and shame on Stewart!!!!

Had a leak from our roof, called and guys came out within a couple of hours to look at issue. Had a broken tile, which they fixed and hopefully no further issues. Any more issues will call guys back. Had issues in the past with companies not turning up at all, or come look at what needs done and don't come back to do the work. Great that these guys came out when they said they would, got the materials and done the job. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
Arrived on the day contacted to give a quote, date arranged to come back and carry out the job. Back on day agreed, job completed and guarantee given. Would recommend.
I had a leak and needed a few slates put back in, Roofshield repaired it quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful I will definitely use them again.
Posting this on behalf of my 80 year old grandfather. March 2020 asked firm for quote to recover the roof of a small lean to on the back of my garage with the hit rubber system. They stated that they were a long established and reliable company and all work came with a 10 year guarantee and they were just a phone call away. A price and starting date was agreed. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the workmanship, but agreed to pay as i was assured my concers regarding work carried would be rectified. This was never done,to my dismay when it rained the roof leaked. They have returned on 3 occasions but still the roof leaks ,they have since agreed to repair the roof on 3 separate dates but not to appear. L,since this they no longers answer my phone calls or messages i suspect that my phone number has been blocked. So much for a 10 year guarantee !! I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
