Man! there was a lady named Airman Underwood !! Let me tell you something she was amazing!! There were times I didn’t understand something that was being said and she would patiently explain it to me. She has a beautiful voice and I hope one day to see her in person to tell her “thank you for your service!” On top of that I was not even on hold for long at all. If any body wants a great pharmacy experience, when you call ask for airman Underwood , she is the best and her voice will keep you happy and calm.

Being a spouse I understand all about patience. This pharmacy is the fastest and the best I ever went too. I also love how quickly the drive thru service has been. I applaud you all during this time!
It was busy the day I visited. There was a large number of Active Duty personnel and about the same of civilian clothes persons. The vivian are Federal civilians and retired military. The check-in system give a numbered tick based on the above situations. I may number was called to verify my status, while the pharmacist asst filled the orders. When my number was called, I picked up, sign for my meds, and left. Perfect military. Jack
Pharmacy can refuse patient after certain time. Many pharmacy workers are on their phone with one line open with over 5 people waiting. They can refuse to activate medications over the phone and do not activate medications over the patient portal. Do not carry many medications for service members and can refuse to fill medications for service members who have a provider off base.
Tough to give a good review when they’ve been out of some pretty common meds the only two times we’ve been there. I do like the fact that there is an option to receive a text when your prescription is ready to be picked up.
