Making an appointment on the website was really easy, and I was able to get in the same day. I made the wrong selection for the test I needed on the website, but they called me and straightened it out. Filling out my information on the form that was emailed after I scheduled my appointment was a snap, and they got my test done shortly after I arrived. There were a few technical difficulties with printers while I was in the back, but we laughed through it. The staff was friendly and fun while getting the job done. Will definitely head back here the next time I need some lab work done!

Torianna Griffin conducted my D.N.A. testing and she was very professional. She was very gentle as she swabbed the inside of my cheeks for the D.N.A. sample. She explained the entire process to me and she was very informative and friendly. You guys definitely have a wonderful employee!

Great place to go for Covid 19 testing. They have a great staff, are very accommodating friendly and are very quick to get you in and out. I highly recommend. Sending huge Kudos to the staff they are truly amazing.

Very unrespecful receptionist (one of them) Speaks in a very patronizing manner. A horrible experience. I was bleeding through the nose after the test and ai asked to use the wash room , I was told I can not. When a person of another person of a white colour asked she agreed. Some one should really look into the service of this place. Never to return again !
