Not the best experience I have had from an imaging healthcare clinic. Wait time was extremely longer than was communicated to me. I was told the process would not take more than 1 hour, it took over 1.5hrs. I got to work late. The technician was very stern and unfriendly it seemed. Not really a people person, you can clearly tell. At times she came across as condescending as if I’m expected to know what to do. Maybe give better directions? I’m really grateful that they took me in last minute without an appointment, definitely a star more than 1. I would recommend if you book an appointment and can put up with a rude technician. Hoping she had a bad day and is usually not like that.

Time: Price: Service: Quality: Overall: The receptionist was courteous and polite, and efficient. The lab is in a run down building and doesn't look esthetically good and the setup at this lab is also minimal. No music or TV or entertainment magazines. The xRay room is clean but they need improvement on overall hygiene like, put paper cover on the head rest. It's naked leather /polyester, and everyone puts their head there. I don't want to have direct contact with something that a lot of people have contact with. What if someone has lice in their hair? Now I'll get lice too The overall process took about 10 minutes, in and out. No long wait times which is good. So kudos to that.

I've had two ultrasounds done here by two different people. Both were former doctors in their home country. Now they are ultrasound technicians. Very professional services. They used to take walk-ins but not anymore. Highly recommended!

Called and got there 15 minutes before they were to close on a Friday afternoon. Very courteous and accommodating front desk staff. Within 5 minutes we were in. Very caring technician who understood demands of special needs kid and obliged. Good people and timely service.
