Terrible experience with Saveawatt. They operate by estimating your future energy use / cost and then providing a saving against this. Their estimate was significantly higher than I thought, meaning their commission would have been much higher. I received a proposal from them for savings, that was full of errors which were suspiciously all in their favour. They corrected them when I pointed them out, but I didn't point all of them out and these ones weren't corrected. So if you use them make sure you closely look at their proposal and double check all the calculations. Worst of all, their recommendation didn't annualise the savings - in other words they recommended I went with a 3 year contract (which provided them a better return) rather than a 2 year contract with better rates. The person I was originally dealing with was very rude and didn't know much. Particularly when I pointed out errors, which she didnt seem to understand. She kept promising I could talk to someone from the 'analyst team' but this never seemed to happen and ended up sounding like big noting.
