My husband and I took a trip upstate and as a birthday gift to me, we had a lesson at Tullin Ranch. It was an incredible birthday gift to say the least! We had a private hour lesson that was very informative and a ton of fun. This wasn't our first ride but probably the most helpful. We appreciated Tammy's expertise and how she made you really connect with the horses and learn them and how best to ride for yourself and the horse. We went around the track and a little trail behind the track, Tammy helped us learn how to stand on the horse and trot. The views of the foliage and the picturesque ranch were nothing shy of stunning. We really enjoyed ourselves and the the very kind staff at the ranch. We highly recommend taking a lesson here and absorbing all the great knowledge they have the offer. It's never too late to try something new!

Tammy and the rest of the Tullin Ranch team were so welcoming and enthusiastic right upon arrival. Tammy is so knowledgeable and has so many great stories to share. We signed up for the trail ride and it far exceeded our expectations. Harley and Whitey are such amazing horses and we had the best day trotting through the land with them. As a city kid, looking for a relaxing weekend in nature and kicking it off at Tullin Ranch, it couldn’t have been better. The land is so pretty and we went at a great pace where you could look around and take it all in. I can’t wait to go back. It was such a wonderful experience with a personal touch. Tammy and her family are doing it right!
I just started horseback riding at Tullin Ranch. Tammy is very kind and knowledgeable and her horses are obviously well-loved. Highly recommend.
Tammy is an excellent teacher and a lot of fun to ride with. She took my partner and I on a nice lesson / trail ride to see some of the beautiful scenery around her ranch. Tullin ranch is a great place to go for all experience levels and ages and was truly a memorable experience. The best part is that the lessons and rides are not organized as large group outings and are really reserved for 1-2 people at a time. (which incidentally is great during COVID) We hope to return very soon!
We love this place! Went one time for a visit and fun riding with kids and my daughter fell in love with the horses and with the idea of learning more! So we went back for riding lessons!!! The price is really reasonable, and Tammy (the owner and instructor) is so lovely and very patient with the kids!!! I noticed that on our first visit when one of the kids was scared and Tammy was so patient with her that she made her feel very comfortable with the horse and she end up kneeling on the horse. I right away knew this was the right place to come back for more lessons! We will definitely continue to come to this ranch when we are in the area!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
