Lots of dogs, keep control of your dog as there is plenty of room to get away and lost

Great place for a fun walk. Gets windy at times but great view of the river. The pathway is paved and clean, standard width so bikers usually go around. Great view of the new North Commuter bridge being built. Not a very busy dog area compared to others in the city which is nice but the pups don’t get as tired. The park area is well kept and clean, not much for tall grass. The dogs here are often still on leashes so I do not think it is a real off leash area, just a nice stroll with your pup. Great sunrises if you are up that early as it faces east.

I like the openness of this park, however if your dog needs a fenced in are or doesn't have good recall, this isn't the park for you! You could lose your dog quickly in the bush by the river if they are the excitable type. Also note this trail is popular with bikers and runners!

Nice area if you want a short walk but also for a longer walk you can go down to the water. Generally it's well maintained and clean.

Great place to take your dog for a off leash walk. Great for a walk or bike ride even w/o a dog.
