The service in this Avianca attention center is perhaps the worst you could ever find, the agents are very unhelpful and they don't really have experience on how to deal with issues so their response is there is nothing you can do. I was told my problem could only be solved calling the customer service line which has a wait time of approximately 2 hours, so I went to the store in El Rodadero where the agent there was able to swiftly help me with my issue and redeem my voucher to buy my flightx while here the agent was rude and said it wasn't possible. Avoid this shop at all costs

Avianca ha sido una aerolínea que se ha caracterizado por tener aviones cómodos y limpios; donde no te cobran por todo (maleta, pasabordo o 1 kilo demás) aquí tratan de ayudar al usuario y eso es algo que se les abona, a diferencia de otras aerolíneas (de bajo costo).
