Needed to have a covid test done before seeing some family members and made an appointment online. Arrived to the facility which was nice and clean. The nasal test was pretty painless. Received my results in less than 15 mins by email/ text. The ladies working there are super nice and professional. Will return if I need another test done.

My partner and I were supposed to board a flight out of the country on Sunday, we got turned away due to last minute COVID rules- we were unaware of. Long story short we were able to get tested here at ArcPoint Lab in SFS right away! I mentioned our problem to the staff not thinking they would/ could do anything to help us. Shortly after we left I got a call from Teresa saying she is working with the receiving facility to get our results uploaded ASAP so we can make arrangements to continue our vacation. I was so impressed by her attention and the initiative she took on our behalf. What great customer service, and professionalism! Thank you Teresa Oliver!

My mom was sick with COVID symptoms and got tested here, test came back positive. We have a total of 7 people in our household, including my 3 children. I brought my son in later that same afternoon, hoping by some miracle he would be negative, he was positive. They were so thoughtful, careful and professional, coming out to my car to test so that we wouldn’t expose anyone else. I expressed my worry and concern through tears about my other children, wanting to know who was positive and who wasn’t. This was on a Friday, I didn’t realize I was talking with the owner at my car, and she gave me her card and told me to bring my other children on Saturday so be tested, when they weren’t even suppose to be open. She assured me everything was going to be okay, and got us in the be tested the very next morning. This business genuinely cares! The compassion, understanding and thoughtfulness Theresa and her employees showed my family during this stressful, scary time is something I will never forget! They are going the extra mile for strangers because they care. That’s hard to find! I highly recommend them for any testing needs you may have. They are a light in these dark times!

Quick and easy. Rebecca helped my wife and I and we both thought she was great. We waited about 20 minutes for my wife’s results in September and I git my result emailed within 20 minutes when I visited last week. Go here! Quick Results worth the money!
