Please guys, do yourself a favor, avoid at all costs any location through these scam agents : Rox & Ire. They are lyers, unfriendly, of absolute bad faith and they proceed to funds extortion at check-in on top of the price paid to Airbnb ; In 11 days of rental, no hot water for 4 days, 1 500 euros extorted at check-in to be able to stay at the full villa (as initially advertised) instead of in half of the villa ; description was wrong all the way thourgh ; no A/C in 50% of the bedrooms (half of us could not sleep well as temperature stayed at 30C at night in 3 bedrooms), dishwasher broken (a real joy to wash all your dishes by hand during your holidays), your are accused of being a thief straight away when they meet you ; many equipement broken ; safe not working ; outside property uncleaned ; no 2000 m2 park ; they do no maintenance at all (all drains blocked, you cannot shower more than 2 mn without flooding the whole bathroom) ; for all these issues, these agents answer you that it is not that important, that nobody complained before, that things were broken just a couple days before we arrived, etc ... A whole bunch of continuous lies. These people should be kicked-out of the holidays rental business by the Spanish Government ! The main issue that absolutely no maintenance is carried out in these villas, they put the blame on the owners and they give them less than 50% of the price you are paying to them. So please please please, avoid these people at all costs if you want to spend some nice holidays ...
