Lexus of Marin was nice. Super dynamic and awesome woman helped us and then put us with Vlad. We looked at a used car there. I never felt pushed or coerced. The sale style is very low key. If you want a car here you probably know exactly what kind and how much you want to pay. Nice staff here.

Went here with my mother looking for late model ES series. Worked with Tony, who was very patient in getting her the options she wanted in the colors she wanted - no small feat when going for a used car. Many, many test drives later (thanks Tony!), she settled on a 2016 ES 350 with the safety features she needed and the colors she wanted. We appreciate the effort the sales team made in getting us the right car!

Michelle and Ian were very friendly and made my car buying experience very smooth. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Lexus. The only reason I did not give them a five star is because I was not told about my loan being switched to another company as I value and appreciate transparency. I saw the change on the paperwork after the fact. Would have liked to know this up front. Either way, I got the car I wanted and very happy with my purchase.

I have been looking at a car that I'm willing to buy for last a few days, I found a really good price on one of Lexus of Marin's cars. I sent them an email late night and I received a quick response in the following morning. They also sent me the out-of-door price breakdown document. I was so happy because I was able to receive some technical information about the car over the phone, so the salesperson I talked with was knowledgeable about what they are selling. Once I arrive there, my car was already pulled up to front so I was able to test drive my next car! I had a very smooth buying experience assisted by Chris, he was able to explain anything I asked about their car including paperwork and the price. After the test drive, we went to financial department who was also assisting us very well. Brandon was already made all paperwork ready, so we just had to sign them, and he was explaining everything very patiently and clearly to us. He is also very knowledgeable and I'm sure he knows what he is doing. Overall, I'm so happy that I bought my car from them. I will visit them again once my family or friends need a car!
