SF County Clerk charged my credit card 205 for a marriage license and ceremony and didn't reserve an appointment date! You cannot contact them by phone now because of COVID and have to use an online form to contact them, waiting at their mercy to respond. The 311 phone number they provide does not help because they will not transfer you to the County Clerk. Suggest trying a another county instead of losing your money to SF.

The Asian guy that assisted me was rude, like he really disliked his job. If you don't like where you are- change it! You're not a tree. Other than that the other employee who checked me in was friendly and the service was fast! FYI, if you have a backpack you cannot go in through the main entrance (Polk St), you will have to enter through the Grove street entrance.
