I just want to warn people that are driving from far distances that if you make an appointment with this company that they might not be there when you arrive. I had an appointment for 1pm on Friday, January 31st and no one was there. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment like their email says to do. We rang their door bell, we emailed, we called the phone that was inside of their building and we messaged them through Facebook. We waited for 40 minutes with no answer. We drove an hour to get to this place so it was really disappointing that this happened. I finally received a phone call back at about 1:40pm and the person on the other line did not explain what happened only that he was scheduled to work at 2pm. He didn’t sound remorseful at all but offered to credit me and let me reschedule again. I saw through reviews that this same situation had happened before (2 days prior even) and said that I did not trust that this same scenario wouldn’t happen again. They’ve refunded me what I paid but haven’t refunded me the two gift certificate codes I wasted. There was no response from the owner apologizing for the long drive we made or for having us wait around for 40 minutes. So for anyone thinking of booking an appointment with them be careful especially if you’re driving a long distance to get to them.
Great experience! We booked the Art Gallery for a group of tween girls for our daughter's birthday. They had so much fun! I appreciated that we were able to watch them in the room on a tv screen the entire time. Our host, Fabian, was great! Can't wait to come back and try a room myself!
My husband and I loved, loved, loved this escape room experience! We tackled a room just with the pair of us! The staff was so great!!! We highly recommend using this company for your brain puzzle fun!
