The staff have always been great, but the facility has to get their parking situation under control. I went in today at about 8:45 for a quick blood draw, and the lot in the back of the building was already full. That's not out of the ordinary because it's a really small lot. What was frustrating is the overflow lot across the street was full and there was no attendant. There's no way all those people were visiting the facility as there were maybe five people in the waiting room when I arrived. I have a handicap placard so I parked in the facility next door even though the attendant there did not like it.

This has been a nightmare since I walked into the place! They don't communicate with you at all. Any questions you have concerning the diagnosis and procedures they will send you to your primary even though they are the ones with the answers. The dr performing the biopsy Dr. Lowitz, had ZERO bedside manner. I ended up in the hospital twice. Once for low sodium and again for pain 2 weeks after the biopsy. Prior to the biopsy, they did not give me the list of pre surgical procedures and I had taken a medication 4 days prior to the original scheduled biopsy so I had to come back a month later. It takes almost a month to get results and you will wait forever to actually see the dr for 10 minutes.
I used to bring my aunt here before she passed and she always spoke highly of the staff. She said she felt like family every time she left. Years later I live right behind your building and parked under your covered parking on Wednesday night, May 27th 2020...it hailed that night and people across the city experienced damage from hail, high winds, branches etc. I came out to move my truck at 7:20am BEFORE you open for business and it had been towed. My mother left me that truck before she left to Afghanistan to fight in the war. I love that truck, it was her truck, so I didn’t want it to get hail damage. I understand your parking is private and precious but your ENTIRE parking lot was empty minus the white Mercedes Benz parked where my truck was. Could they have parked LITERALLY anywhere else? I’m so sorry to the owner of that vehicle, if I had any idea you show up to work so early I would have surely moved it sooner.
This place is amazing. I had a horrible experience at another doctor who told me that I had cirrhosis of the liver. I immediately found this place and got a second opinion. The first time I walked in for my consultation with Dr. Loo, there were several people in the waiting room but we were all seen within 20 minutes. Dr. Loo was wonderful. Extremely caring and interested in what I and my son were saying. We didn't feel rushed. I left there feeling so much better about things. Dr. Lawitz did my biopsy and it couldn't have gone better. I saw Dr. Loo again a couple of weeks later for the results and guess what NO CIRRHOSIS, not even close. The nurse called a couple of days before my biopsy and explained everything that would be happening that day. They checked on me the following day. I would recommend this place to anyone having a liver problem.
I made a appt for my husband I didn't have a referral fr a doctor jus the hospital saying he had cirrhosis so I need a opinion from a liver Dr have a appt Feb 6 let's see how it goes
