COURT ACTION THE ONLY SOLUTION APPARENTLY.. Terrible customer service... Months of debate and being passed on to a third party supplier... No solution to complaint... The photo shows the quality of bulk lawn seeding soil they supply.. The third party supplier offered a very generous 25% refund!!!!! For a product you could not use. Left with no option but to look to the county court for a decision if my complaint is fair... The photo says it all.. And some of the other social media reviews that I have seen since about the third party supplier had the same issue.

Ordered a pair of sliding doors on the 23rd March which arrived in good time but had a faulty height adjuster on one of the doors. Contacted the customer service email & dealt with Louise H & Nicole C over the coming weeks. Was advised Salisbury branch would be in touch & eventually called after more emails to HQ. Was advised they would source the replacement part & be in touch (this was May). Now June 10th i have tried to reply through the email thread that i already had but now get a reply saying something along the line of the email support thread is now closed! Have tried to contact Salisbury store which just rings out before cutting off.
