Paul provided us with excellent service. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and solved every issue we threw at him with upgrading a previous install. He was always here when he said he would be and the equipment installed is of high quality. Highly recommend.
Andy from MBM is such a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful expert in this field. He fitted a full CCTV system for us which works perfectly and when I bought a new phone a few months later he was on hand to set the system up on it for me. He also came out (on a Sunday) to help connect my new router up to the system - his customer service is second to none. I would strongly recommend MBM based on the great experiences I've had with them.
The engineers came out and inspected the house, and noted where the main security areas to be protected where, and were open to my suggestions of where I wanted the keypad and main control box, and bell. The quote I had for the texecom system was less that the other quotes I had for the same system and the same amount of protection. Installation was done at the agreed time a few weeks later, with minimum of fuss and mess. The system works fine, and when I had a slight problem with it a month later, they called around to check it all out and it test it. I would use this company again, they may be difficult to get hold of straight away but they always call back, and turn up when they say they will.
