A wonderful vet practice with safe procedures for you and your precious pet. They've been highly recommended to me by at least 5 of my 11 neighbours (some of whom don't have pets, but did). I took my kitten there today for his first vac and not only did he do very well (didn't cry or strike out) but even after his shot, he was purring! Truthfully, this surgery is very good & efficient. I've joined their pet club which offers. heavily discounted & free 'maintenance' welfare visits and discounted vacs, treatments, etc. for about 13/month I'm very pleased and happy with Cromwell vet service and am sure we will be for many many years!!!!

They'll always get 5 stars from me. From the receptionists, to the nurses and vets. They're always so kind and a pleasure to have contact with. They also saved my furbaby's life.
Fast efficient friendly. Took in an emergency that wasn’t registered and dealt with it all professionally and quickly keeping me updated every step of the way. Glad to say my pet is on the mend and very happy with the treatment he got
Bella was thoroughly spoilt during her stay at the vets ! She loves visiting and getting a biscuit ( or two !!)
Very welcoming and compassionate when we have had to have our dog put to sleep
