Absolutely wonderful service from this company. Returned a pair of Hunter boots that had developed a leak on the Monday, got a new pair on the Thursday of the same week! What is even more amazing is that they helped me to track down my original order after I had lost the receipt and deleted all the details regarding the transaction. I really didn't think that service like this still existed. Thanks again for being such brilliant people.

Edit- Griggs exchanged the tights for a new pair and were excellent at communicating and getting the parcel to me the next day... very pleased with there service! Bought some Legacy teal and black riding tights last week which came with no problem but they've only been washed once and the seam at the back has started to come undone, it's a shame as they're the comfiest I've tights I've purchased... I'm on holiday and about to go on a trek so I'm praying they don't rip while riding!
The easiest online shop I have ever done. Found a Barbour bag I was after at M A Grigg, never shopped there before but after a few checks I thought it was too good to be true. But no. Cheaper than anywhere and quicker shipping too!! Over the moon with their service. Confirmation emails throughout and delivered as promised. So bought a jacket a couple of days later! Again cheaper than anywhere and instant delivery. Could not recommend this company enough. 10/10
