The team worked quickly, efficiently and tidily and were always friendly and responsive to any problems during the build. And all this during a pandemic! We’re over the moon with the work that SM Construction did for us - completing a ground floor extension to create an open plan kitchen/dining room. We would certainly recommend their services to others. Simon and his team were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end - from the early planning stages right through to the job itself. Punctual, tidy, professional, honest, trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable - I could go on! Communication was also excellent - keeping us up to date on key stages and planned work so that we were always informed on what would be happening next. Aftercare has also been great as we’ve completed other related work. Simon has gone above and beyond what we would have expected from him in order to help us out - we can’t thank you enough!
Simon and his team did a dormer window and split an existing attic space into 3 bedrooms for us. We are beyond pleased with the finished result it is done to a very high standard and it has made our home complete and our children now have their own space. They were very punctual and nothing was too much trouble even though i changed the plans slightly at the beginning Simon was happy to go through what i wanted. The guys were friendly, polite and respectful and they kept the work space very clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again
Simon and his Team were first class throughout our project. It was a large development; two storey extension approx 95m2 and a separate single garage. From the first meeting with Simon and throughout the project Simons enthusiasm and professionalism shone through. He was determined to deliver a high class job and he certainly succeeded. Nothing was too much trouble and he embraced the changes we made during the scheme. His after care was great too responding and correcting a couple of snags quickly and effectively. We are delighted with the extension it’s given us a significant increase in space and achieved the open living arrangement we desired. Thanks to Simon, Dave, Kieron, Michael and the rest of his team who all played their part in exceeding our expectations.
SM Construction delivered a single storey kitchen extension the full length of our property which we are very happy with, we made changes to the original design of which Simon was more than happy to help and advise us on throughout the build I can honestly say Simon was never money orientated and his price never changed from his original quote, at tender stage Simon told me he only ever took one project on at a time so he could guarantee starting and finishing as per programme while managing the build from start to finish Simon and his team were very friendly and always professional, they always cleaned their mess up throughout the project, their workmanship was excellent and finished to a very high standard We would definitely recommend Simon's company to others, his work is exceptional, he is honest, hardworking and reliable and we would be happy for Simon to fetch anyone round to have a look at his work who may be considering having an extension on their property Thank you very much Simon & Annette
