From beggining to end S. Critchley & Sons delivery of customer service and products is second to none. From their assistance with paperwork to placing the headstone they were professional, and more importantly, sympathetic to our needs. The girls on the phone always gave me the confidence that the quality of workmanship would be of the highest standard and they did not let me down. I cannot reccomend them highly enough for all that they did for us in ensuring that my mum had a fitting tribute. Thank you all once again.
