Disappointing place, no tobacco, no cigarettes, lack of good quality alcohols, rude staff. Awful place, avoid if you don't want to buy just coke or water.

Horrible experience at this duty free. The woman with blonde hair and glasses was incredibly rude showed attitude and was unwilling to help at all. You would think a duty free that has contact with international curstomers daily would hire staff a little friendlier and professional. Never buying from this place again.

High prices for all assortment and no cigarettes. I was told they are not selling cigarettes as they don't make any profit selling it.

Bardzo ubogi asortyment nie wspominając o wyrobach tytoniowych, bardzo wysokie ceny, skandal. Myślę że warto pomyśleć nad zmianami. Pozdrawiam !

Po wybraniu produktow udalem sie do kasy, gdzie zostalem poinformowany, ze pasazerowie lotow krajowych nie moga zakupic wszystkich towarow ze sklepu w tym tych, ktore chcialem zakupic.Stracilem tylko czas. W sklepie nie bylo zadnej informacji, ze tylko czesc produktow dostepna dla wybranych grup pasazerow. Po tym incydencie napisalem maila do Baltony z prosba o wyjasnienia i do chwili obecnej brak odpowiedzi. To przykre, ze firma z taka tradycja olewa klientow.
