I needed to get an aluminium box made and was told it would be done within two weeks. I rang after a week to ensure that it would be ready as I needed it and was told that it would. When I called to collect it exactly two weeks later it wasn't even started. No phone call even to say it wouldn't be ready and spare me a drive in. Appauling 'service'.
