Young lad was aloof when i asked where the mirror was to have look...the mirrors are in the worst place you could put them, blocking everyone's way, weird unfriendly atmophere, also, when I went to the cash desks too pay, only to be told she'll be right back with my change, which was over somewhere else in the store - Doesn't seem to have clear roles or customer-care training. Seems a bit of a self-service thing happening...You find a trainer 'On Show', then find it in the 'rack' above or below the trainer - which no one explains or is obvious - then - that the 'Big' printed size on the box is an American size - so you have to look for a size smaller, the get your UK size. Quite a strange shopping experience.

VIsited the Nike store in Rugby today and was helped by a lovely lad called Andy.. so helpful and informative and helped us find what my son was looking for.. happy son happy mum. Great work Andy.

Went to the Nike Factory with my brother as he wanted some trainers, I heard that they had some good offers in store. Went on the weekend the drive was great, plenty of parking at the Rugby Outlet. The store was really clean and tidy the staff were really polite and friendly, they had sanitising stations around the shop and good social distancing measures out in place. They have a lot of trainers and clothing in store which is great value for money, some are more than half price with limited edition trainers. I was lucky to purchase the Air Jordan Jumpman edition and white Lebrons which was more than half price. I would definitely recommend it if you are into your sports wear.

I must say, 1 of the best shop I've been to. Great prizes, amazing products and friendly always helpful staff! I would give 6 stars if I could!
