A charming, locally-owned, franchise sub shop perfect for lunch or dinner. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. Parking is easy too.
I have never eaten a Tubbys Famous warm, ordered two of them cold, get home and both of them are warm. I drove 15 minutes out of my way because I love Tubbys Famous so much, to bring home warm subs. It was disgusting. Never again.
Subs are good but not worth the price and forget about adding topping cuz it's going to cost an arm and a leg. I am not against paying 15 for a sub but it better be mind-blowing and these are not.
