Solid, modern, meticulously clean, climate-controlled and accessible building (even with a large truck). Protocols for navigating through the space during the pandemic were clearly posted. Elevators were ample enough for our tall and wide loads of pallet boxes. The manager was polished and swift in processing the paperwork. Five stars.

Excellent experience! Stacy was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We had many questions, which she answered without hesitation. We asked to see a unit and she arranged for us to view 2 of them. Stacy was great to work with, I highly recommend this EZ Storage location!
I would like to thank Stacie the site manager once again for her absolute wonderful service getting me storage and truck rental. I highly recommend this location if your looking for a clean and easy access facility. Amongst that I experienced a friendly personality with a pretty smile. Felt like home away from home.
My brother passed away and we have been in search of his belongings in the area, hence the key chain says EZ. My sister called to inquire and she was told that it was private information, and was treated poorly 2 days after his death! They treated her and told her that she was probably his ex girlfriend, my brother has been gay his whole life! So I call two days after the confrontation and with no delay was told his belongings were not there. Not only is this bad policy, when every other storage unit in the area has been very pleasant and helpful not to mention respectful! Then we can add sexism, and a poor company communications between employees. Now the search is still on for a mystery EZ storage unit key that we all know he purchased.
This is one of the best storage places in Metro Detroit! The office staff is fantastic to work with. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks, Kevin
