My first visit was welcoming, the nurse, the PA and the doctor were all courteous and professional. However, on my second visit the initial greeting from the front office representative was not welcoming at all. I came through the door, and as I was about 2 steps away from the desk, she shouted out 'what's your name?' I was taken aback and said good morning but she didn't respond only kept staring at me waiting for my answer. Fortunately, the specialist who dealt with me thereafter was courteous and professional.

TERRIBLE office staff. Doctors and nurses are great and keep this from being a 1 star review. The office staff don't care to give proper appt prep instructions. Knowing that an appt is going to take up to 5 hours (in part because they seriously overbook stress tests) and no one will be allowed back with the patient (patients wait as much as an hour in between each test in a waiting room SEPARATE from where their family is allowed) is need to know information when two adults are taking off work to go to said appt. It's a heart doctor. MOST of the patients don't drive themselves there, so the majority come with a family member.
