I ordered through their website, it says that will deliver between 5-8 days. but i get quite late, i think around 10 business day. that the downside, and the upside, this shop have the best quality so far. i really satisfied with their products. And they sell it at decent price. i would give them 5 stars if they ship it faster.

This was a joke. I just ordered dresses for my flower girls. I ordered turquoise and received blue. Looks nothing like the pictures. I contacted them and they want me to pay for all shipping and a 15 percent restocking fee. I'm very unhappy. Been emailing them back and forth for 3 days now. Not able to talk with anyone over the phone. When you call the contact # you get nothing. I will never buy from this place again. I wish I could post pictures of this dress that they call turquoise and the picture they have on the website.

I highly recommend Wallao for your shopping destination for your little girls. I was hesitant to buy from the shop but I was very intrigued with its collections and decided to buy for my cousins. They are very responsive and helpful in the email. Thank you Wallao!

Bought a dress, wrong size had to pay to get it to get shop back. Order another dress pay for shipping had to come back and order same dress priority to send to an out of state address where the wedding was so I could get it on time. Now they told me they would ship it one day and they don't ship it to the next day bottom line dress don't get there on time for wedding (paid priority and shipping for nothing i lost money all around the board) had to send it back. Poor customer service they don't answer the phone (think it was a wrong number) they answer emails the next day and if took forever to return my money for the dress. Bad experience...

They do not have a store. I went to this address on google to return a dress and suit I bought from their website. It turns out the address on file is a UPS STORE. That means they most likely do their business out of their home. Extremely unprofessional. It was impossible trying to return these two items because of the poor communication. The item was wrinkled and shoved inside a tiny box not only that the quality was beyond poor. The dress looked like it would tear with the slightest movement and the suit was thin and the polyester material felt like sandpaper. Be aware of the address. It's not REAL! If you Google the address without #169 you will see it's a UPS STORE. If you even add #169 in the address it still shows it's a UPS store.

If I could give less than a star I would! My sister ordered a dress in a size 8 for my niece in May. I ordered the exact dress in a size 8 for my daughter in June. ( The girls were walking together as flower girls) When mine came it was 3 inches shorter than the one my sister ordered. I emailed the company right away and the link came back as undeliverable. Turns out the link doesn't work, I copied the email and sent an email stating the issue. They told me I could either return both and get two new ones or just send the too small one back. I didn't want to send one back that fits perfectly so I just sent the short one back. I had to pay the return shipping. To me that is ridiculous as the dress was made incorrectly. I got the new dress and it is still 3 inches shorter. There reply to me was that is all they have and the new dress they sent me was the same length as the one I returned???? How does that make any sense when the was the original problem I complained about?!!!! They told me the size 10 would be too big and that is all they have right now. So now what am I to do?!?!?! TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!

I am a very happy customer! I bought a flower girl dress for my daughter and was a little skeptical about buying it on line. I reach out to Wallao’s customer service via email and they were very helpful and guided me on how to select the right size for my daughter. I received the dress in less than a week after I submitted the order. The dress is beautiful just like the picture. I am happy I was able to find such beautiful dress and at a decent price. Thank you Wallao!
