They have the best floor plans of the builders in the area and decent prices. Really bad is that they don't allow any changes on the construction plans: can't put window to open in master bath, can't put door between toilet and sinks in extra bath, etc. And and they nickel and dime you for every extra, which you are going to want because their standards are really ugly and low quality (carpet, tile, door knobs, faucets, kitchen appliances)
