I've donated blood at various places over the years, but StemExpress is my favorite. The office is easily accessible from I-270. The reception area is modern and nicely furnished. The check-in process is quick and easy and the screening questions are very straightforward. For the initial screening, the blood draw itself is fast and nearly painless. You are told about the different types of donations available once your positive screening results come in. Only two vials are drawn, and then you are given your payment in the form of a gift card and are offered water and snacks on your way out. You are in and out of the office in a half hour and can tell everyone you did your good deed for the day. I highly recommend.

I have been donating with StemExpress for about 6 months and get time is a pleasant experience! The staff members are competent, friendly, and efficient. While I do not enjoy the needle pricking, I look forward to donating each month!

This place is so nice!!! The employees were helpful, reassuring, and kind. Bless their hearts! I'm not a big fan of needles, but talking to them during the procedure really helps take your mind off the fact that your losing blood. I recommend anyone who can to stop by here and donate some of their blood for a good cause.
