Max is fantastic. We were referred by another helpful guy who highly recommended Max and his services. He came out within a day or so to have a look at our pool table. Fixed it properly, and all for a very reasonable price. We noticed another issue with the table (not related to Max's work) and he came out the following day to sit it out for us. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, professional or diligent person to do the job. Thrilled with his work and advice. I highly recommend Max to anyone, he is so knowledgeable and happy to help you out.
5 Star Service from Max and Nadine at Simply Pool & Snooker. I found their details from Google after being messed around from a supplier up North and they were really helpful in resolving my issue. I was impressed with their professionalism and flexibility to fit me in at short notice as they wanted to help set the table up rather than taking up space in my home. When Max arrived to install the pool/dining table he was friendly, polite, and wealth of experience in setting it up. Would highly recommend.
We had max re-cloth our pool table and install new cushions. I was very happy with the end result. On completion, max showed me a small blemish on the cloth which was barely visible, and informed me that he wasn’t happy with it and that he would come back to replace it. Which he did! At no extra cost. Honest, knowledgeable, and on hand to give me the answer to any questions I had. Will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to other pool enthusiasts that I know. Cheers max!!!
Bought a 8x4 table off Ebay for Max to pick up. Communication was great & the table arrived on the day it was arranged for & on time. Once the table was up, it was clear the rubbers had completely gone. So Max & Andy came back to replace all rubbers and re cloth the table. They even re-shaved the pocket openings as the tables two middles were too sharp. Table is running perfectly now. Cushions are perfect & the quality of work is outstanding. Brilliant overall service & great blokes too. Nice one guys, all the best!
