Very poor experience so far, gave deposit, check was cashed, no return of 4 calls for scheduling installation. Had past good experiences before. Very disappointed with lack of communication so far. If I do not hear from them by end of business on 10/9 I will be calling the BBB. :(

The windows look great!! However my husband and I think it is quite a bit of work for 1 person. 5 windows . Installer started getting tired and never cleaned up the cement on driveway, basement and in the washtub, or in the grass . Also dirty handprints on our siding! Some of the cement work was getting sloppy:(

Love my new glass block basement windows. Purchased the wavy glass with Fresh-air Vents. They are really nice, turns out there are screens, which is a bonus, as it didn't occur to me when I bought them. John was outstanding, he did a great job installing, very professional!

John took great care with the obstacles around our work space and was diligent in his work. The result is lovely.

Wow. I never realized that a salesman would not call back due to me not associating with my neighbor, whom he was obviously close to (said out of his own mouth), and refuse service solely due to that reason. Jim, you should be ashamed of yourself. That is very unprofessional and that is not business. You do not have to give us service, but I will write this review to show how shallow you are as a person. Everyone has a boss and I hope yours sees this post. Pitiful.
