I've used Aaron twice at two different homes - once seven years ago, once recently. Both times excellent service. This time I called three companies for quotes. Two demanded to come to make in person estimates. I didn't want to deal with the hassle or pushy salespeople. Aaron quoted me over the phone and was able to schedule the work within a couple days. And when the day for the work came, I mixed up the timing and stood him up. Rather than getting mad at me, he just came back later that day (the Friday before a long weekend) and did the work, not finishing up until after 6pm. All the time with a great attitude. And his price and quality was great. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't waste time with the other guys. Just call Aaron.

I operate a restoration company and a client of mine last minute asked me to have some basement windows removed and replaced with glass block I had 3 day notice called Aaron and he got it done for me know questions asked and for a very fair price despite the short notice...we will be using him again Thanks again Aaron!!!!!
I really wanted to work with Aaron but he was unable to install my glassblock windows. His price was great but he never kept his word on a install date. After a month or so of excuses i went with another company.
Aaron and Oscar came over to replace 2 windows with glass block and did an awesome job. They were friendly and got the work done quickly, very happy with the final product. I'm planning to have them come back in the spring and take care of 6 more windows. I'd highly recommend Alma's and price can't be beat either!
Aaron & his colleague came in and did a wonderful job replacing 5 glass block windows in my basement. They were good conversation, quick, & cleaned up at the end. Aaron's prices were also the best of four quotes obtained in Rochester. I highly recommend, and would hire again if needed.
