We called the company to have them come out and clean the leaves from our yard. The woman on the phone told us it would be 125 deposit and never offered an estimate even after having a gentleman come out to look at our yard. We clearly had no clue on what pricing is/would be. When the guys came to do our yard, they did a decent job but once we received the invoice we were charged an additional 525. This may seem normal or appropriate to someone who has had this service completed before but we felt it was very high and UNEXPECTED. When I called to question it, the owner was rude to me and said “it’s not my responsibility to offer an estimate”. He was aggressive and defensive instead of taking ownership that when you come to do non-“cookie cutter” yard, you should automatically offer a rough estimate. I felt very taken advantage of. He used the comparison that if I took my car in for a service and they estimated a price and then got there and realized it needed more work, I would be responsible for paying for the service. Any car company I have ever used would call and give me a quote if the job is more than initially expected and I felt they should have offered a quote once they realize our yard is large and full of leaves. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend without stating you want a quote. The work itself was fine (how do you mess up raking/blowing leaves?)

They would’ve gotten no stars if that was the option. The company’s driver, after delivering dirt, completely ruined our backyard and knocked down our fence. We have filed a police report and will now have to sue the owner for not responding to the messages we left him regarding the damages done to our home. We have a video of everything that took place. Too bad this has resulted to this-bad reviews, not only one here but to the better business bureau, social media, word of mouth and a small claims lawsuit. You were better off fixing the damages.

We’ve been getting a truckload of mulch for our yard from here for the past 3 years. Excellent customer service and the lady in the shop was extremely friendly. It was so enjoyable socializing with another human during quarantine!
