We could not have had a more wonderful and memorable experience! Check in process is simple and easy. The women who checked us in could not have been nicer or more helpful! Emily and Jason are top notch. I'm a 50 year old Mom who is the furthest of a thrill-seeking adventurer! I just wanted to do something exciting and fun with my 16 year old son. This is so out of my comfort zone but Jason and Emily are so skilled and confident, that I quickly relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our adventure! This company is an example of excellence from start to finish. I could not have been more impressed or pleased! Thank you for making today something really special for us!

Had an awesome experience from start to finish! Booking was easy, reception and check-in was a breeze and the boat was in good condition. Captain Jason really made our trip!! Jason was awesome will a range of all ages. He had so much patience with my 7yr old daughter as well as with my older children. He was professional, experienced and super fun! Thanks Jason and Adventure Watersports!!
What an amazing experience! My 14 yr old son and I had never done this before. Jason and Emily explained everything clearly and their personalities made us feel more relaxed. Adding on the Go Pro package to this adventure is a must! We've already shared our adventure with family and friends, and will definitely be seeing them again the next time we are in the West Palm Beach area!
Wonderful way to end a vacation with parasailing. My whole family enjoyed the boat ride out to sea with Jason and Emily. They made us feel safe and the whole experience was a blast. So beautiful seeing the shoreline from the air. Highly recommend!
Awesome time parasailing. The captain and his co- worker Brody are a great pair. They put us at ease, explained things to us so we can feel comfortable. I rode with my 11 year old daughter who was very pleased. I will definitely recommend adventure watersport. A special thank you also to Elizabeth ( who did our registration) for her patience, professionalism and customers service. Thank you, Adventure Watersports, you rock!!!
I had booked a surprise parasailing adventure for my husband‘s birthday and had even communicated the details to Adventure Water Sports. This was a big deal for us and took a lot of advance planning. When my husband and I were about 20 minutes away, I received a call saying their boat was STILL in the mechanic’s shop and they wouldn’t be able to take us out after all. She said maybe we could reschedule for in a few days… Which of course wouldn’t have been possible. My disappointment is that there was no communication about this in advance. If they knew their boat was in the mechanic’s shop, they needed to communicate that with us so we could reschedule. I later found out that it had actually been in the shop for weeks and they intentionally called us at the last minute in the hopes that we wouldn’t schedule elsewhere. Apparently, they had done this to multiple other people. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them because of their shady techniques.
Brought my 8 year old out with Jason and Emily, had a great time, even got to see some dolphins as a plus!
Jason and Emily were fantastic! They were very accommodating to us when we were running behind. We will go back!
