In reply to crystal shay I don't know what your problem was, I found them to be a wonderful company to deal with. The service was great and the staff and management very helpful throughout the entire process. Perhaps you just failed to follow the instructions correctly? I found the kits no more difficult than assembling large scale kit furniture. Seriously, if your 'builder' couldn't assemble it, I'd be checking his credentials.. I've done a lot of repeat business with them for roofing and purlins. Great blokes.

I wouldn't recommend, Brought a kit home from Steeline Riverstone during the buying process we found the guy we were speaking to very rude and not very helpful. When it was delivered it was missing Pieces. During the process of it being built the builder noticed parts missing which were needed, We then had to go and purchase elsewhere on top of what we already had paid for it. Called to ask what he could do about missing parts said its unlikely that they are missing, We understand sometimes during the process before it could have been missed but no help was even offered when notified parts were missing. The plans were for something 2x the size of what we had got.
